Ingredients
- 3 cupall-purpose flour
- 2 cupsugar
- 1 cupvegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cuporange juice
- 2½ tspvanilla extract
- 6 apples — peeled and sliced
- 2 tspcinnamon
Steps
- 1
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tube pan.

Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and a little sugar; set aside.

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth. Add OJ and vanilla.

Fold in flour until just combined.

Layer batter and apples, ending with apples on top.

Bake 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before turning out.
