- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 onion — diced
- 4 garlic cloves — smashed
- 2 lbcrushed San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 lbpork ribs
- ½ cupred wine
- basil, salt, pepper — to taste
Steps

Brown the ribs in olive oil; remove and set aside.

Soften onion and garlic in the same pot.
- 3
Deglaze with red wine, scraping the bottom.
- 4
Add tomatoes and the ribs back in. Bring to a bare simmer.

Simmer uncovered 3–4 hours, stirring now and then. Finish with basil.
