- 1 onion — sliced
- 1 red bell pepper — sliced
- 3 garlic cloves — minced
- 1 tspcumin
- 1 tsppaprika
- 28 ozcanned crushed tomatoes
- 4 eggs
Steps

Soften onion and pepper in olive oil, 8 minutes.

Add garlic and spices; cook until fragrant.

Pour in tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes until thickened.

Make wells, crack in eggs, cover and cook until whites set.
