Ingredients

- 4 cupbread flour
- 2 tspactive dry yeast
- ⅓ cupsugar
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cupvegetable oil
- 1 cupwarm water
- 1½ tspsalt
Steps

Bloom yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar (5 min).

Mix in eggs, oil, sugar, salt, then flour. Knead 10 minutes.

Rise covered until doubled, about 1.5 hours.

Divide, roll ropes, and braid into two loaves.

Egg wash, rise 30 min, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 min.
